A great personality can go a long way, so I'd date her if I agreed with you about that and she is great looking.

On the other hand, there are many personality traits that assist in a person becoming obese, as well as other physiological traits. It is possible that she (like a friend of mine) will simply gain weight again, despite the surgery- the only difference being that this time she'll be obese with a scar.

I would definitely be more inclined to date a girl who lost weight naturally than one who was provoked to using surgery.

I'm also not confident enough in my overwhelming holiness to say that I would date her even if she is/will become fat, and I think that people who propose that most "good" men will do so is preposterous.

So the scar and the potential for weight gain, not to mention any lingering insecurities she may have about the weight loss, can be huge deterrents.

ASSUMING that her personality is excellent not only in general but in relation to mine, which is, of course, more important than whether her friends think it's good, then her behavior in relation to how well she can keep her body fit now and which lifestyle choices she adheres too in order to savor the value of her surgery will determine the sustaining interest of her next boyfriend.

Also, there is a chance that the love bond formed between her and her next man will become so powerful that weight eventually not matter, so her fluctuations will eventually become irrelevant. After all, all beauty fades.

But anyway, the ultimate answer to your question is: Probably, but it might not last very long.

If a girl is big, yet she's still both proud and confident in who she is, then she'll have nothing to worry about. That equates to a strong personality that men will find enticing- it may even make the size of the girl alluring instead of revolting; however, such confidence is not generally a trait of one who gets weight loss surgery.

Absolutely guys would date her. Probably 50% of guys don't even mind if a girl has fake boobs...they aren't going to care if it was something she did more for health reasons. In fact, even the 50% of guys who DON'T like fake boobs would still like her, since she's such a down to earth, nice person who didn't get the surgery because she was super vain or flaky. She should have no problems at all=)

Honestly, I am a little on the large side also and I have had the same problem... I have tried dieting and exercise... But for me, I found that having confidence in myself helped one hell of a lot! You don't need to look skinny or flawless! Everyone has their flaws and they should be proud of them! It makes you who you are and you should never try to change yourself! Be proud of who you are and flaunt it girl! I bet loads of guys would have the same view as me :)

It doesn't matter what she looks/looked like as long as you like her. I'd rather date someone that's not too attractive than date someone hot that treats me like crap. Even the guy I'm dating now is not the hottest guy I've ever seen. But he treats me really good. And that makes me love him.

Yes what the heck do you really think models and actors really look like that they all get surgery and Photoshoped its ok for models n actors but not normal people it ******** this society is ******** it wouldn't bother me one bit it shows she did something about it and looks amazing
