Would it be safe for me to start running every day?
I started working out again two months ago (after four years of not) and I used the Couch to 5K program for running. I have gained a pretty good amount of muscle (I was skinny before) but throughout August I skipped cardio a lot and now I am starting get kinda chubby around my waist. I know, shame on me for doing so. On the treadmill today I warmed up walking for 5 minutes, then jogged for 5 minutes, walked for 3, then ran for 8. I ran at 7.5 speed most of the time then for a few minutes during the last 8 I was at 8 speed. I really wasn't that tired after.
So can I do cardio every day without injuring myself or anything? If so, what should I do each day?

You can do cardio exercise every day. Muscles need 48 hours of rest when lifting (resistance training).
Try to switch your cardio up by using different machines, actual jogging, bicycling, and swimming.
This works different muscles in different ways.

because you're purely 22, your body can likely cope with operating more beneficial typically than not regularly happening, yet when your legs commence to result your Hockey, i ought to commence operating 4 days a week with breaks. also, attempt to get some version into your run. if you're on a treadmill now, attempt to get out on some streets or trails to characteristic some version. it truly is the perfect element you could do on your body.
