Could this laptop run AutoCAD 2013?

I'm going to be studying architecture and i'm looking for a laptop that can handle all the software i'll be using. Here are the system requirements:

Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium (compare Windows 7 versions) or Microsoft Windows XP Professional (SP2 or later)

AMD Athlon 64 with SSE2 technology, AMD Opteron® processor with SSE2 technology, Intel® Xeon® processor with Intel EM64T support and SSE2 technology, or Intel Pentium 4 with Intel EM64T support and SSE2 technology

2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

6 GB free space for installation

1,024 x 768 display resolution with true color (1,600 x 1,050 with true color recommended)

Internet Explorer 7.0 or later

And here are the laptop i'm thinking of gettings specs:

The Sony VAIO Laptop boasts a 2rd generation Intel® Core™ i5-2450M processor that combines with 6 GB of RAM (expandable to 8 GB) for speedy multitasking.

A 750 GB hard drive is great for data storage with excellent amounts of space for files, multimedia and other data.

Revolutionary gameplay graphics await with the AMD Radeon™ HD 7650M graphics card, equipped with 1 GB of dedicated RAM for stunning playback.

only somewhat. in case you could decide on a extra desirable video card, rather plenty any decision will do extra desirable. keep in mind that some fashions would furnish a mix of Intel integrated pics for easy artwork, and a discrete card for heavier accountability.
