Need Help with the job!?

Ok it's been 3 months now since I completed my B.Tech in Computer Science from one of the reputed colleges of India NIT Nagpur. I am looking for a job for developer or tester in an IT company in Delhi or abroad if pay is good. The problem is I scored only 4.9/10 when I completed my degree. I might be not good with scoring but I am a good coder and I know that is what counts in the job. I am not be able to make it to the genuine recruiters where I can show what I got. Reasons are

1. Genuine recruiters are looking for minimum 60%

2. Genuine recruiters are looking for experienced people

There is no one who is ready to recruit a fresher on the basis of talent instead of marks :(

I am tired of searching for jobs via internet. I applied about 300 jobs so far and none of them replied me back :(. So far only people who approaching me n spamming my email are recruitment agencies, paid training program and BPO n sales jobs. I know all of these people are fakes. I hate people who are scamming in the name of recruiters and job openings.

I am so much depressed and losing all of my confidence day by day. I don't know who to approach for a job. All of these sites like naukri.com, monster.com are useless.

Can some1 give me a solution for this ?? Any help would be good for me.
