Should I take my dog with lung worm back to the vet?
Four days ago my dog started violently coughing to the point where he was throwing up clear liquid and white foam. I took him to the vet and she ruled out a bone stuck in his throat and pnemonia because he is eating food. Basically, because she couldn't think of anything else he could have, she diagnosed him with lung worm. She gave him a pill for lung worm and some cough depressants. When he is coming off the cough pill he starts violently coughing to the point where he is throwing up again, and now there is white foam and the clear liquid has a little bit of green mucus in it. Should I take him back to the vet, or is this normal?

You should take him back to the vet and ask to see a more experienced vet, she sounds like she didn't know what it was and just gave him treatment for something that wasn't even wrong. I could be wrong but I think take him back again.
