Girl doesnt want a relationship?

There is this girl who I've know for a while but only hung out or talked to each other at parties. The last party we ended up talking and flirting and one thing led to another we ended sleeping together. she told me to call her sometimes wich I did and ask her out but was canceled because she couldn't get a babysitter. We still talk on the phone and I've made attempts to see her again but it never works out.i haven't seen her in a month.i called her last night and to ask her out for a date she said yes but told me she doesn't want a boyfriend or relationship she wanted to be able to go out and talk to who she wants to without having to tell anybody what she does or where she is but says that she still wants to see me.i feel like I'm getting mixed signals from this girl she tels me she thinks about me a lot and we look good together on this picture we took together. Should I take this girl out or am I wasting my time?
