Should I pay this parking lot bill I got?

So I signed up for a monthly parking spot in a big garage. I understood it was $177.00 a month. I paid the first month. Now, today I get another bill in the mail, charging for 177.01, and the bill says that under a column called "Adjustments" , with another label saying "New Parker"

So it's a bill for being a "New Parker" ? Is that normal?

Update:

then it says:

total current charges; $158.04

total net charges: $316.08

Sales tax(12%) $37.93

total balance due: $177.01

wtf?

the numbers don't add up even

You must read the small print. When you paid the monthly bill did it say the total amount to be paid or basic charge. If so it means there will be extras. Or it says, plus extras. It all depends on what is on the contract. Go check it out, before you pay the next month bill.

    Good luck

Yes. Every parking garage lot in the world has exactly the same rules and policies and you should NEVER read and understand them before you sign anything.

you pay one month in advance anything else is a scam , read the contract and question the bill
