Are there any reported incidents of democrats purging republican voters from voter lists......?

.
From the baltimore sun november 6,2000:
'Republican attorney Fred Bartlit told the court that Democratic operatives distributed a memorandum to the 64 county canvassing boards describing how to reject military ballots based on an improperly used statute.
He said 50 percent to 60 percent of the military ballots cast had been rejected. Bartlit also said military personnel deserved the benefit of the doubt because many of them serve on front lines and on ships with no access to a post office and many of their ballots had not included a specific place to write the date.

Its necessary to understand the nature of the beast... The voter fraud, ran rapid, during the Republican primary's... The Republican strategy, it to take their greats weakness, & turn it into their greatest strength... Take their opponents greats straights, & turn it into a weakness... With all the voter fraud, that took place, in the Republican primary's... Its necessary to make it look as if... There's voter fraud, in the general election, as well... But the reality is, in the general elections, the fraud rate is 0.0004 percent.... Or so the election official's report...
