My 7 yr old Lab will not eat breakfast anymore, but still eats dinner?

my 7 yr old lab, who usually inhales her food twice a day, suddenly will not eat breakfast. She still inhales her dinner nightly.

She seems normal and is still her usual playful self. She is drinking same amount of water as usual too, but now that its summer she is eating way more grass.

Suggestions?

Check her teeth and gums. About this age, some dogs do start to have dental issues. You may find she has some decay in there which is easily sorted out, with a dental examination and treatment as needed. By the end of the day, she's hungry, so she eats. Meanwhile, try soaking her food a little so it's easier to manage. The eating of grass is more to do with her needing to purge her system which means she may also have a mild tummy upset. Add some natural yogurt to her food - this will often help sort out uncomplicated tummy problems.

And when it's hot, back off the amount of you are feeding in any case, and feed in the early morning and late at night when it's cooler.

Do get her teeth checked though - dental hygiene is important, just as it is for us.

Some children are simply picky eaters...And many times there's just nothing mother and father can do about it.... Does she not like meat? Might be she could are trying the Morning famous person Veggie chook Nuggets. My lil boy loves em. If it can be that large of a maintain her to only consume exact matters, like for example the simple noodles, simply cook dinner her a field on noodles and keep the additional in a bowl in a fridge. Then when it can be meal time, if that is what she wishes, just whip it out, and throw it within the microwave. Then it would not be this type of huge deal to make 2 seperate meals. Or even let her have her cereal or peanutbutter sandwhich. So long as she eats anything relitively healthful and you are eating collectively, i would let it go for a whilst.... Is it possible she does this b/c it's what you will have come to count on? She will get a lot of awareness b/c of this?
