What can I make with these ingredients?
I was going to make these homemade protein bars but I found out that you absolutely need protein powder, which I don't have the money for right now. Here's what I already spent money on:
- Rolled oats
- Flaxseed meal
- Honey
- Natural peanut butter
- Skim milk
Is there anything else I could still make? It can even be separate recipes, I don't care.

grain cookies, a delicious breakfast.
but wait... there are few good products very cheap. for example you can get for 20bucks in walmart a very decent whey protein with a really good taste. Body Fortress (2lbs) $15 + shipping buying it online.

Muffins or some sort of tea loaf. Ideally you would also have an egg or two to pop in it as well. I made banana muffins yesterday with almond meal, honey, splash of water, few ripe bananas and 2 eggs and coconut oil - hmm, you might need a bit of oil of some sort.

Somebody I work with just made these things called breakfast balls with all of those things except maybe the milk.there were chocolate chips in them too.you roll everything into balls and presto, yummy snack.
