Who has the rights of the thesis ?

Please give me your opinions.
If you are Ms or PhD student, does your supervisor has the right to control your thesis and any publication from it ??
Does the supervisor has the right to control the contents of my thesis by forcing me to add or remove a subject against my well ??
And does he have any rights to put his name on the publication from my thesis ??
OR to put somone else's name on the paper ??
OR to add other authors without my approval ??

It's not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of copyright law. During the course of your education, any materials that you create are your property. However, any research that required additional funding for materials or supplies may be the property of the funder, depending on the funding contract.
Basically, you own your Thesis paper and any resulting publications, but the University may have rights to use your research results to create additional publications.
