universal global positioning system...?
how hard is it to design a triangular mesh in the form of a shell to cover the earth?....if u take away one satellite, the entire mesh will re-adjust itself....and if u add in one satellite, the entire mesh will re-adjust itself again...what if the satellite are actually nuclear arshenals?
