i need to report a business to the board of health?
How do I go about reporting a business in NY to the board of health. I can not find a link on the NY state website anywhere. I know of a medical company who loans kidney stone machines to Drs and hospitals daily and the equipment is stored in a roach infested storage shed, and never cleaned.
I have tried the city and the state both do not want to get involved. Isn't it great to know that public health is at risk and the stae says they basically do not care. If patients ever knew what went on around this equipment it would turn their stomache. I guess this is why so many business owners are so crooked - no one really cares

try at the county or city level

Go to the city board of health or call the police non emergency number and ask them where to file the complaint or report.

yuck, i can't answer as i don't know, but i hope you find out how to report, is there a phone humber? maybe call that number and they can direct you to where you need to go for reporting
