Contract phone advice please?

Ok so I have a contract and I didn't pay my bill and its just got higher. I'm not even using it and I'm getting bills.. Is there a way of ringing them up and lowering the tariff even though I am cut off..??? I have another contract out to. Just a nightmare. Never getting one again. So yeah. I just want to know if it can be lowered even though I'm cut off or can I cancel it and pay a monthly payment to pay it off. I'm with o2 if that's any help thanks.X

    I would say that this could be the device problem... I would recommend you to report that problem to the mechanical/device problem since they are more likely to help you....
