is it legal to make a youtube video to tell your story?
I have a friend who was raped by her father since she was aprox 14 if she made a video on youtube telling what he had done would it ruin her case with police or help? would this be slander?
we need a confession out of him any ideas? serious answers please. this is no joke.

I wouldn't make a you-tube video it would more then likely hurt the case and his lawyers could use it to say she is lying for attention.
