Hey sorry I don't rememebr the name of the speaker nor the name of his presentation, which is why i cannot find it.

The talk was about townhall/community advertisments and how they are designed to keep people uninterested with their fine print and legal looking set up, he compared it to advertisments from Nike and asked why don't we engage people by using the techniques that corporations use to grab peoples attention.

please if you could help me find this Ted Talk I would be very appreciative... it may not even be a ted Talk, i watched it on youtube regardless and cannot find it now :(
