my Grandson poops and uses a full toilet roll to wipe himself?
My grandson is 12 years old and has a behavial probems so he's on meds but, why does he use a full toilet roll to wipe himself after pooping in my toilet? He then spends a full 5 minits washing his hands. I hope someone can explain this conditon to me and is there any way I can prepare my washroom for his needs when he visits?

What your grandson is doing sounds like OCD - obsessive compulsive disorder - especially with the need to clean himself over and over again. Hence, he uses a whole toilet role to wipe himself down because he feels it's not 'clean' enough.
The way to prepare your washroom is to make sure it's clean like any other household bathroom - stock up on the toilet rolls and hand washes elsewhere in the house (hidden).
The supposed treatment method - is to slowly let your grandson touch things with something he sees as 'mildly' contaminated (such as a tissue which has not been used) but do not let him wash. So he gets used to the anxiety and slowly increase the level of 'contamination'.

Sounds your Grandson has OCD, Obsessive–compulsive disorder.
Repetitive handwashing is a common OCD symptom, My brother had OCD, its best to buy some cheaper toilet paper for when he comes around, In time he will slowly calm down as my brother had, but im afraid OCD doesn't go.

It's not a condition.
If he's on meds, he might be OCD, he's just making sure he's as clean as can be. I had a brother like this - they won't change but might learn to be more efficient.

"For the very paintings that the father has given me to end, and which i'm doing, testifies that the father has sent me." that's terrific to obey the Bible, not lazy human beings very own needs and desires.
