How are you analyzing key indicators as a good entry point for HVU apart from emotional volatility?

if i'm looking at the charts correctly, the fund tries to mimic an indicator and is almost completely news driven. best you could hope for, imho, is about two days of relief [decline] after each positive announcement from the governments and central banks trying to deal with the ongoing developed world's excessive debts.

frankly, i think the longer term is that VIX will blow up as a major crash occurs -- but how you'd play that using HVU.to [to = toronto exchange] without possible severe drawdowns is more than i can see.

it's far easier to wait for it to decline and then buy relatively cheap puts on major European or American banks to speculate on an upward move [financial collapse]
