Why do atheists celebrate christmas (an old fashion religious pagan custom)?

As you know, christmas is an old fashion religious pagan custom that has been celebrated for years. My question is, why are atheists celebrating it? Actually it looks like atheists love christmas more than theists. Please, no insults.

    It's all commercialized now.

Hell, even the Japanese are celebrating it and it has no meaning at all to them (it's not even an official holiday for them!)

The modern version of Christmas that most people celebrate is more of a commercial holiday than a religious one. Atheists appreciate the chance to spend time with family and give meaningful gifts just as much as theists do. As well as that most atheists grew up with religious family and friends, as an atheist from a religious family, I know my family would be disappointed if I didn't want to celebrate with them.
