What is the price of a new Croton "CN307109RGBR" watch?
I just won this watch in "International Watch" magazine's August 2011 crossword puzzle contest, and it arrived by UPS 11/29/11. The watch has rose gold-plated steel case and matching "Brique" bracelet with hidden double folding clasp. It has a Swiss quartz movement for hours, minutes, seconds and date. The dial is dark warm brown spiral guilloche with rose gold Roman numeral hour markers and leaf-style hands and a date window at 6:00. It's water-resistant to 10 atmospheres (100 meters = 328.1 feet). I haven't seen prices of Croton watches since 2007.
Thank you for the information. I wondered if it was very costly or not. I have leather straps that cost more than that entire watch does. A crocodile strap with steel buckle by Jaeger-LeCoultre cost $250 in 1995, and a Vacheron Constantin crocodile strap with 18 kt. gold buckle cost $750 in 1997. That's a $150 strap and a $600 buckle.

I see that model of watch at some websites on sale for $59.95 to $69.95. Some sources say the retail price is $157 or $175. It is a pretty watch for the price. Congratulations for winning it!

I looked at several websites, and Overstock and another site have it for $70, probably used. CraigsList has one for $50. I suppose a new one would cost about twice as much as a used one or about $140. I know what Olga means. The same thing has happened to me. For some reason, I could not post an answer to a question last week. I tried again later.

I tried to answer the question many times, but I cannot. I cannot even send a message to Yahoo. I am tired of wasting time when I cannot send anything on Yahoo. I think this violates the First Amendment.
