What's a good cereal?
A good cereal that is very healthy for losing weight and also has some flavor. I know most healthy cereal is flavorless.

Choose a cereal that is not frosted or high in sugar.
Add some walnuts, raisins maybe a banana or strawberries to make it taste nicer and healthier.

If you want a massive amount of vitamins and stuff in your cereal then Post Honey Bunches of Oats have a lot in them (noticed my dad brought some new cereal this morning and checked the box) though it doesn't say vegetarian on the box so i'm not sure if thats an option
Personally i like porridge with banana and honey

guy this shuld be in philosophy. i'm into the thought the cereal is going earlier the milk, for this reason all the cereal is soaked with milk. any incorrect way around is basically undeniable unhappy. There are dry products of cereal all for the period of the bowl which makes for an unsightly breakfast. lol

skip the cold cereal and go regular oatmeal.
add some milk or soy milk and honey nuts dry fruit or fresh fruit
there is a wide variety of options for eating and not having the same thing every day.
and Yes The Quaker brand is more expensive but they are correct fiber does keep cholesterol down and I use the store brand myself it is much cheaper and basically the same fiber.

you just need to be careful to stay away from the high sugar cereals. Cereal high in fiber, most cold cereal are high in carbs, but adding fiber to your diet is healthy and does aid in weight loss.

fiber one cereal is pretty healthy, i'd say.. i was about 140 pounds when i used to eat three bowls per day.. it could be just luck but...

it really does not matter as long as it is not chocolaty or got high sugar content :)
just dont skip breakfast you will gain Weight if you do
