It keeps telling me I don't have administrative permission to save files, but I'm the administrator?
I'll try to save a Powerpoint, for instance, and it'll pop up and say:
"You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission"
And asks if I would like to save to the My Documents folder instead. But even when I try to, it won't let me.
And I've also been having trouble with my Microsoft Word not always working. I'll try to open a link from my school's site, and it'll say "Word could not create the work file. Check the temp enviornment variable." But I've never had any problems before. I'll click Okay, and sometimes it'll open it anyway, other times it won't. And sometimes my Word program won't let me save documents. I'll try to save in every way possible, and it won't let me. It won't even pull up the box. But when I try to exit it without it being saved, it asks if I want to, and it still won't let me.
I'm a college student who really needs my Powerpoint and Word programs to work. It's really becoming a problem. So if you have any idea what I need to do to fix this, I would love to know!
Thank You!!

it could be a virus. some viruses when they install themselfs they take over the administrative privileges, to where even if your on the administrative account you can not do everything you normally can did. viruses do this because they do not want you to be able to find and delete them. next time you turn on your computer go into safe mood *as soon as you turn on the computer hold down the F8 key. this will bring up a menu, select the run in safe mood option. than select the administrative account and run a full virus scan. once it has ran than restart see if this does not solve your problem. if it does not create a new administrative account and try and see if you still have the same problems as you did on the other account. if you would like links to free anti-virus, anti-malware, and anti-spyware programs let me know and i will be happy to provide you with a few in case you need/want them

right click on whatever program you are using
