Why are my nails so soft?
My nails are VERY weak, they bend when you touch them , there thin and they rip and tear soo easily.
why do they do this? nail hardeners dont work much, what can I do to fix them?

They come from your good genes.
My MIL have the same nails. DH & oldest DD have tried to eat healthier, and using natural products, even taking supplements to improve their nails.
NONE WORKED.
