I need a really good gift for my obgyn?

I just had my second baby and I need a really good gift to give to my Dr. She delivered my last baby laso and in the delivery room my husband and her bonded over one of the star war movies she never saw, so we bought it for her as her gift. This time I am clue less. I had a very difficult pregnancy and she helped me so much. I cant spend a lot of money amd do not want to just send her flowers and cookies like everyone else does. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't know about her personal life which is why it's so difficult
