I dont know if im losing weight fast enough or whats going on?
Today is the last day of my second week of me dieting and excercising and since I started I've lost ten lbs but I'm not sure if five of those pounds was water weight. I've noticed this whole week my weight shifted from 190 to 188 the whole week how come its not going lower? I don't know if its because my diet or if its because my excercise. I just want results. My diet is egg whites on whole grain bread with a glass of chocolate milk with no fructose corn syrup. Some nuts or non buttered popcorn and then for dinner its chicken breast with brown rice or mixed veggies. Some times its like two meals unless I ewake up early then its three meals. And I'm running for thirty mins everyday. I'm pretty sure I can lose weight from running because I've seen a really big walk to work everyday and he ended up losing a lot of weight. So I'm not sure why my weight is going from 188 back to 190 every day. I don't feel like I will lose much weight after this month is over and I have a lot of body fat in my chest and sides thatwill probally never gov away ): I'm male by the way.

Truly, one of the best ways to lose weight/ fat is high intensity interval training. As you know there is no such thing as spot reduction. But hiit is probably the most efficient and quick exercise to lose fat overall. hiit involves an exercise which just completely exhausts you. Running is an effective one. what you do is after warming up, you sprint as fast and hard as you can, the harder it is the better, for 25-30 secs. then you jog for 1 min and then sprint again. One session should include, when first starting: 6 sprints each for roughly 30 secs and 6 rest periods- 1 min each. after this workout you should be completely drained you should be struggling to walk home lol,even though the workout only lasted for about 15 mins. it is good if you are feeling exhausted because it shows you are working out hard. The great thing about hiit is that you are not only burning calories during the work out, you also burn alot of calories from your body repairing your muscle tissues etc. that is why you should only do hiit 3/4 times a week e.g monsday, wednesday, friday

continue doing what you're doing and don't weight everyday but every week also do standing sit-ups 1000 go up and down the stairs for 3 minutes every 3 hours a day but it has to be as fast as you can then you will be skinning in 100 days and don't pay anyone for info they are in making money
