Why would a girl stare at a guy she rejected?
-Look and quickly look away, down or to the side. Sometimes with a smile.
-Dreamy look in her eyes, sometimes it seems like pupils dilated
-I see her staring at me through the corner of her eyes sometimes
She rejected me twice.I think sometimes she sarcastically makes fun of me with her friends or when they make fun of me, she goes along with it. Her friends don't like me.

Maybe she wanted to go out with you? but she thought her friends would judge her?
Us girls can be quite cruel like that!
