Yu-gi-oh! Question! Tournament Play Question that is (Proxys)?

Can you run proxy cards in your deck for tournaments etc. I am not sure so I am asking this question.

IF so how many Proxys in a deck is aloud in a tournament.

Update:

and I forgot.. what if I was getting the card soon and I used a proxy to stand in its place until I get it.

    No proxies; you need the real card.

    No one will care that you are getting the card soon because anyone can use that excuse and use a deck full of proxies.

    You cannot use any Proxys in a tournament, as you do not have the official card.
