How big a story is this?

I can't believe that more people are not talking about Daniel Sedin. How big of a story (and how uncanny) would it be if Daniel won the scoring title one year after his twin brother?

Update:

Hey Maso. And yet you take time to scroll through questions and actually place an answer that criticizes others for asking and answering questions. So your contribution is what exactly?

Update 2:

Yeah Machinehead but this is a totally different question. Somebody wins the cup every year but in my mind, twin brothers winning consecutive scoring titles would be absolutely freaky. It is a feat that is unlikely to be duplicated in any sport at any level.

It's been reported lots in Vancouver, but the fact is that Eastern media (the majority) tend to ignore the Canucks and their stars. I continue to see and hear people list the Cup favorites, and you'll hear "The Flyers and Washington are bound to go far, the Pengiuns can't be counted out, and neither can Detroit. Oh yeah, and the Canucks might have a chance"

The Canucks lead almost every statistical marker. When was the last time a team lead (or was very close) BOTH PK and PP in one year? Goals For AND Against? And Faceoffs? Still, the team gets little mention outside Vancouver.

I think that star players who do not live in a media oriented part of the country don't get noticed as much. In every sport, some great athletes go almost unnoticed because of the part of the country they live in.

All you ever hear in this section is Vancouver's gonna win the cup, Vancouver's gonna win the Cup, Vancouver's gonna win the Cup, Vancouver's gonna win the Cup. It's not like the Canucks are starved for attention.
