Is there any way to trace a stolen 2005 iMac?
Serial number, Apple, somewhere It's I.D. has to show up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

report stolen to the store. or if you had tracking device installed, you will be with luck.

It would be very very difficult to trace it until it would happen to come in for a repair at an Macintosh repair shop. And you can bet that they won't waste any of their time looking for a particular computer. Unless you had software installed that sends out an identifier signal when it's activated, you're probably out of luck. Whoever stole it would likely wipe the hard drive clean in case this type of software had been installed. Sorry!
