What is the Word for when...?

Discriminatory, that sums it up.

Yep, discriminatory works as a description for a person who is prejudiced against people in general. Normally we'd just say that the person discriminates against/is discriminatory against . . . .(insert target group).

When there is a commonly held predjudice it often acquires a politicised name of its own, hence ageist or racist, from the same roots as feminist, artist, anarchist, etc. Fortunately such systematic prejudices are rare, though not rare enough.
