Are the Collins Project people using YA to exchange coded messages?
That is self-evident, Genius. My question is, are these people perpetuating this meme for the express purpose of communicating information coded within their questions and/or responses--concealing their business in plain sight, as it were? It seems plausible to me. I'm just too lazy to take up the work of examining the data for patterns.

No, too inefficient; emails would do.
Btw, there has been a well-known and well-documented Collins Project:

In contrast, http://www.drmarysmonkey.com/

http://www.coasttocoastam.com/
are more plausible conspiracy patterns.
