How can someone who doesn't live in Tuscon make a donation for Christina Green's funeral?

Here's some information regarding a trust fund that's been set up to memorialize Christina. This info is from station KVOA, Channel 4.

I can't find any public announcement of contributions for this poor 9 year old child. But here's here obituary and I think I would make a contribution to her elementary school in her name.
