Days of Our Lives question?

Rafe sorta ended up playing Nicole, then blackmailing her, to get her to give up the recording she had of EJ confessing to Stefano that he was responsible for Sydney's kidnapping. Rafe then busted into the middle of Sami & EJ's wedding with the proof. So she left & hopped into bed w/ Rafe. But Kate called & told her she'd overheard EJ saying he was going to take the kids & leave the country) so she snuck out of bed, went to the mansion & shot EJ in the head while he was passed out drunk. Rafe & Sami weren't able to do anything with EJ's kidnapping confession because Nicole only got it by breaking into the house & hiding, so it's inadmissable. But now EJ is blackmailing Sami. She makes the worst decisions.

The writers do what they want and we keep on watching. Yes but not alone as what's her face was a big part of the kidnapping.

well im pretty sure everyone knows by now that ej was responsible but since sami's recording of the confession isnt legit, i guess they cant prove it.
