I think sri lanka is a nice place to travel. Because there are lots of thing and places to watch in a small island,if you gone a start from Colombo u can travel to any direction in around two,three hours by a vehicle.

Major tourist attractions are focused around the islands famous beaches located in the southern and eastern parts of the country. Ancient heritage sites located in the interior of the country and lush green resorts located in the mountainous regions of the country.

There are manyNational Parks you can visit in Sri Lanka. Yala is the largest national park.

If English is your main qualifier then I would probably avoid Rio. English is not widely spoken within the service industry and outside of the larger hotels. Hawaii is a great choice since you'll be able to speak English and avoid seafood. Some great places in Central America and Mexico where you can speak English, stay warm and avoid seafood if your health mandates it. Cancun in Mexico and anywhere in Belize. You don't say where you are living now so what about Florida? There's areas of Spain that are incredibly English (England expats) that will be nice and warm when you're thinking of going. So another vote for Hawaii.

Have you thought about doing a Culture Immersion week in India? Specifically in Bangalore which has the highest English speaking population in India due to the IT and mutli-national companies there. Speaking to the locals is really easy and most of them also want to practice and flaunt their English skills. Also, Jan/Feb is a pleasant time in Southern India. Well, Rio De Janeiro in Brazil is a good place to go. It's usually 81 degrees in the early months. By the way... how bad is your Seafood allergy? Hawaii maybe... just be careful it gets kinda wet down there. Either way, have a great time!!
