Anonymous isn't a terrorist group. They're primarily just a bunch of internet trolls on 4chan.

In any case, it's always a good idea to keep your computer secure by downloading the latest updates for Windows (and flash, adobe reader, java, etc), keeping a firewall on at all times, etc. Terrorists won't bombard your computers; hackers might though, and although you won't suffer any physical harm, identity theft and other annoying things can happen :(
