Why can't I get sound when watching live tv on windows media center?
I have a tv tuner hooked up to windows media center on a HP computer with Windows Vista. Recently I have not been able to get any sound when watching live tv. I get sound on everything else, and I tested the cables elsewhere, and they work. I watch tv through satellite, with RCA cables for sound. The tv tuner is an ATI Tv Wonder 650 usb.

go to Device Manager, remove the TV tuner hardware driver files > reboot > Reinstall Hardware driver. (this solve the trouble
in 99% cases unless your hardware is physically damaged, or if there is some other glitch.)
if you don't know how to do that- refer following screen
