tips to go to USA to get video footage - from Canada by road?
I need to go to US to take some video footage of a sporting event to use in a Canadian TV show. I want to take a video camera and get some footage, I am not charging anyone in US or Canada for this, I've been to other countries with my Video stuff, never had a problem, but this is my first time to USA by road, I am Canadian Citizen. Should I just show up there and ask, or Do I have to do something in advance? and what about when I will return into Canada, should I check with Canadian customs before I go to US? please help

no you can do as you like just keep it legal and you dont have to tell customs nothing

If you plan on using someone's image for a commercial purpose you are going to need a release. I suggest you consult a lawyer.
