A quirky, but simple trigonometry problem!?

Write the equation for cosine for the given data: amplitude=15, period=4Pi;

phase shift=Pi/2; vertical shift= - 10. Identify k.

Hint: use formula y= A cos (kØ + c) + h.

(Also the answer is either 3,4,5,6)!

    period of cos = 2 pi so maybe k = 1/2

    y= 15 cos (Ø/2 - pi/2) -10

    a guess
