When I grow up, can I explore the world?

I'm currently sixteen, and planning for the military. However, it has been my dream to explore the world and see what I can see. Just going from country to country and just witness the wonders. Although, that dream is starting to fade, since I'm planning for the military. The military has a guaranteed good lifestyle with good pay, but it doesn't guarantee a fun life.

I tried telling my parents, but they won't listen to me. My mom dosen't know what I want and my dad keeps yacking about military stuff. So I thought maybe someone out there can relate and tell me how to fufill this need to pioneer.

Theres a list down below for helping me sort a job that can help with my dream.

*Skills (aka wants a job for a guy that:)

Sticks up to enimies

Builds

Plays guitar

Is good with technology

Is great with math

Loves nature

Maybe this last call can change paths for my life. Who knows.

Unfortunately what you want usually requires money...

Unless you are born into it you will have to make it...

That will interfere with your dream...

If you are good at writing interesting stuff try writing about a single vacation...

The money you make off that book could fund the next vacation...

Check out Rick Steve- he did it...

    If you want

You could try getting a job that requires lots of travel. Perhaps to check up various facilities of whatever corporation worldwide

My brother had a job where he had to travel a lot to fix computers for various clients of this company. corporate paid for all travel expenses

    anyway good luck

Be a geologist. Your math skills may be challenged, you will learn science, and you can travel to exotic locales.
