We have thousands of unemployed teachers and they will get hired long before your friend will. She does not require a teaching degree to work in a daycare either. We have thousands upon thousands of daycare workers already so there likely aren't as many jobs in that field either.

Most crucially is that your friend will require a work permit in order to work in Canada. Her Canadian spouse can sponsor her but that doesn't mean she will be qualified to work in Canada.
