How can love make us want to be better?
I need help writing an essay with this question. I already have half of a page and I cant come up with an idea. Can you please help me with some things to say???

Brief description: Love is from our heart, and we become better as a person not only from our brains but from our heart, so if we have a warm and positive feeling in our heart im sure we won't be greedy or selfish , we would be happy and kind.
Ideas:
-changing because of the person you love for the better
-happy life, smiling
-in love you learn to give not only take
-if you love someone you will try to impress them

well, if you love someone; you want to be better to compare yourself with that person who in your eyes is wonderful.you want to to be better because you feel like you can be as they bring out something good and spirited in you? maybe, thats a tricky title and quite personal.

-jelousy. fighting for love against other people makes you want to do better.
-impressions. trying to put your best impression on people to make them like you.
-deserving. feeling deserving of someone's love.
