ford explorer henge repair?

I have a 91 ford explorer with a sagging driver side door. the lower henge need repair however the parts stores recommend a pin replacement or a completely new henge. The question is can the henge be repaired or is not repairable so needs to be replaced? which is it?

    not repairable, and if you dont replace it, the one on top will start to go bad as well

    I would take the advice of someone who can actually see the problem and asses it/ We on the internet cannot.

    A "henge" is a prehistoric architectural structure.
