Help problem with my skin!?

When i was younger (like last year) I used to pick my scabs when I got cut. I didn't care about how I looked then but now they left these black marks where it used to be a cut. How do I get rid of it. And also I have i few marks on my face( more like everywhere) that looks like acne but my skin on my face is insanely smooth. So how can I get rid of those two?

    i know doctors suggest using vitamin E capsules on your scars from surgery.so take a vitamin E capsule(a clear pill you can buy at walgreens otc)and take a pin thru it.squeeze the vitamin E capsule out and apply like over night.
