help on a trade in keeper league?
carlos lee for mariano rivera
-- this is in a keeper league, i know rivera is 41 and lee is 33 so basically both on the downside of their careers. i'm thinking if i accept this then i would swing rivera to another person would he get higher value?

well i think Rivera as olny like 2 more years left in him. But i think Rivera has better trade value than El Caballo. If you aqcuire Rivera then you can easily trade him for a good OF like adam lind, carlos gonzalez, or ryan ludwick

Their ages minimize Keeper League relevance, but if your strategy is to turn around and swing Rivera you won't be happy with the result. Only make deals if you need categories. Keep Lee's bat in your lineup and only pull the trigger on this if there's a homer-Yankees fan in the league who needs saves badly.
