Regarding a job position what is a non-committal talk ?
I applied for a job in IT and I sent my CV. They liked my cv and they said they want to meet me for a non-committal talk. They're coming from another country to open a new branch in my city. However, what's the difference between a standard interview and a non-committal talk ? What should I expect ? I am already at my second job and this one would be the third (and I'm just 23). Any kind of advice would be great. Thanks.

It sounds less formal than an actual interview - so they aren't committing themselves to anything and nor would you be, it works both ways. If you like each other, then maybe they will make it more formal.
Basically, don't resign from your current post till you've had this informal meeting with them to see what their intentions are.
