Your query is not pretty much clear in a way that from which software you wanna export the table...that is whether from word to e-mail or from excel to e-mail etc, further whether you wanna copy and then paste or you wanna export?

But if you wanna copy the table from MS Word to e-mail, then follow the following steps, hope you will be successful:

    1. Open the document in which you have saved your table.

    2. Select "Table" from the Menu Bar, then move the cursor at "Select" and then press "Table" .

    3. Select "Edit" from the Menu Bar, then press "Copy" or after selecting the table use the shortcut key "CTRL + C" to copy the table which you wanna paste in e-mail.

    4. Open your e-mail section where you wanna compose your mail.

    5. Place the cursor where you want to paste the table.

    6. Use mouse or shortcut key "CTRL + V" to paste the table including its contents.

Save as a PDF and then attach the PDF to the e-mail. (On a Mac, anything that can be printed can be saved as a PDF, if that function is not directly part of Numbers. Just go to File>Print and then you will see a PDF button in the print dialog. Click that and select Save As PDF, and select where you want it saved.)
