Withdrawal from Citalopram/Cilexa...Any cures?!?

I have been suffering every single withdrawl symptom from the SSRI antidepressant Citalopram (60mg a day). Went off it cold turkey when my doctor went on vacation and left me high and dry. It's been about 2 weeks, I'm suffering HORRIBLE brain zaps, migraines, lower back pains, abdominal pains, chest pains, DIZZINESS, vertigo, nausea, sleeplessness, MOOD SWINGS, etc etc. !!!

Any remedies others have used?! Please I am so desperate:( I really want to avoid going back on them to get off them.

I'm afraid there are only 2 options: just suffer through the withdrawal (it will eventually go away), or go to your pharmacist, get more pills, and taper. The pharmacist may be able to give you a few more pills without you having to go see your doctor. S/he may give you some, or may need to call your doc first, but it would save you a doctor's visit.
