criminal record at mcdonalds ?

my friend was working at McDonald's and she got into a fight with other co-worker which hated her

then i think she got a 2 weeks notice and they had a thief in the store...

she's not sure why she got fired but she thinks they are blaming her.

now she didn't do it so nobody could see her and there's no cameras.

on the notice weeks it just says "we dont need your service anymore".

she went with me to apply at wallmart and they said they will make a criminal check

she asked me if i know if its going to be on her criminal record

i said no but i'm not sure....do you know ?

Were the police involved? Was she questioned? Charged? Convicted?

If the police were involved, then a police record check might bring it up. If she was convicted, a criminal record check would almost certainly bring it up.

Otherwise...if the employer thinks she committed criminal acts, she shouldn't count on a good job reference from them. But that's it.

Dont listen to anyone who says that you cannot get a job with a criminal record. The fact is... ANYONE WITH A CRIMINAL RECORD CAN GET A JOB SIMPLY BY AGREEING TO WORK FOR LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE. So go ahead and committ crimes to your hearts content. If you say that you will work for like 3 bucks an hour, they will hire you no matter what.

She must have been convicted of a crime for it to be on her record.
