how do I change my screen on my lap top back normal?

I was cleaning the screen a nd keyboard on my toshiba laptop and my screen is 90 degrees wrong way how do I change it back thanks

thanks that worked but I had to turn it off and back on again to make it change

    Hold down the alt key and press the up arrow.
