Gotta go with Marvel on this one... DC has some pretty strong characters and DBZ has some uber characters too, but the Marvel universe has the Living Tribunal. He was able to recreate himself after he was destroyed by Adam Warlock using the Infinity Gauntlet. Then there is the Beyonder. He destroyed the entire universe and recreated his own just to see who would win if he pitted the good guys vs. the bad guys. Oh and the transformers aren't even in the running...

Dragonball Easily, if Picolo who's not even the strongest could destroy the moon from earth then he'll easily kill Superman with a single move.

remember how everybody got their @ss owned against android 17 and 18 and trunks had to go back and warn them about it so they could train? the hulk and supes make the androids look like a bunch of toy robots you would find in your happy meal.

bloody brilliant stated that vegeta would blow them out the game. supes and the hulk wouldn't even feel any of his attacks, the flash would be to fast for them and spidey would be too agile so dragon ball wouldn't be able to compete.

in a fight with marvel and dc, dc would take it home

Dragon ball easily. Goku could destroy the very fabric of the universe if he wished. Superman's strong and all but I don't think he could win against that.

DBZ, Goku travels extremely fast, can destroy galaxies with one big blast, who else can destroy with one big blast? The hulk and superman wouldn't even be able to catch or hurt Goku alone.
